Four steps towards
a custom training

  1. Detection of strengths and focus points
    A targeted survey, examination of files/workflows and an individual Talent Scan serve as the basis for creating a tailor-made programme.
  2. Proposal for a tailor-made training course
    The results from step one are translated into appropriate topics, also integrating projects from your working environment.
  3. Organisation of your tailor-made training
    At your office, in one of our hubs or online?
    Full or half teaching days? The practical aspects are fine-tuned. You can also call on one of our consultants to cover your absence.
  4. Post-training support
    Need a ‘safety net’ when questions crop up in practice? At the end of your tailor-made training you can still count on some support time with the trainer.
