Send us your cv and portfolio

If your experiences and skills match with our vacancy, Lily, our Consulting Manager, will call you within a week for an introductory meeting.

Talent scan

After a successful first conversation, we’ll set up an appointment for a Talent Scan. With this scan we can test your knowledge and skills.

Advisory report

Afterwards you will receive an extensive report with the results of this Talent Scan. You will receive advice and training opportunities where necessary.

Contract

Did you pass with flying colours? Next, we’ll see if you match with our DNA. Jackpot? Then you can come in to sign your contract. If you didn’t score well, you are most welcome to come to our Talent Academy for further training.

‘After your recruitment, we will discuss your Talent Scan results face to face. Based on this, I devise a tailor-made coaching programme. I consider which training courses you can follow and which coaching will take you to the next level. After a year, we will evaluate your progress through a new Talent Scan.’ 

Typografics hubs

Typografics has hubs in Ghent, Hamme and Antwerp. Each hub has a co-working space and a Talent Academy with an abundant programme of workshops.
